My coaching approach is about partnering with clients, building trust and offering challenge in order to an enable them to perform at a higher level – be that as a business leader, a team leader, an entrepreneur, a senior executive or a subject-matter-expert

I Develop

I design and run programmes to help build a leadership culture founded on using a coaching approach. Whether working with individuals or teams, it’s all about getting the best from people.

I Teach

As part of the Meyler Campbell faculty I work with business leaders as they develop their own approach and skills as business coaches. I also help them thrive through supervising them in their practice.

My Story

Before qualifying as a coach in 2015, I had 29 years’ financial services experience of which 19 were in investment banking. I successfully managed businesses, teams and departments in Europe, Asia and globally. The common thread in my work was leading, managing and coaching talented, client-facing professionals whilst dealing with growth, restructuring, outsourcing, acquisition, disposals, technology investment, multiple objectives and disparate stakeholders.

I qualified as Chartered Accountant with KPMG, and ended up as Global Head of Equity Research at Deutsche Bank. The research departments I built achieved number-one ratings in each of Europe, Emerging Europe and Asia-ex-Japan. Over the years I managed teams of up to 1,000 people operating in 32 countries and with budgets of up to EUR 350m.

  • Accredited as a Professional Executive Coach by the Association for Coaching®.
